Front Rocket Sprockets for GSR 40

Front Rocket Sprockets are manufactured from hardened stainless steel and strengthened in critical areas to outperform and outlast all others.

Combined with a rear Rocket sprocket a wide range of gear ratios can now be achieved.

Sizes available are 6,7,8,9, and 10 tooth. 9 and 10 tooth require an aftermarket tensioner.

Stock chain can be used with all sizes, may require a Rocket rear sprocket to allow proper chain adjustment.

Does not require chain replacement or a special chain length! Uses your stock chain so that the cost is low, and you can be sure a chain replacement will be available from Go-Ped
Available in machined finish, red anodized, or black anodized

ADA Spring loaded Chain Tensioner GSR

Instructions

FITS: GSR40 - GSR40TSi
Spring-loaded wheel tensioner with adjustable slack stop. Quiet and efficient! May not work with aftermarket pipes that mount to the stock chain mount. Modification may be required to the pipe mounting bracket.

*Notes: Trimming of the rear fender is required. Also, pipes that mount to the top front clutch housing bolt will required modification to the pipe mount.

The TGN chain tensioner is made from solid billet aluminum and incorporates a tensioner along with an innovative 3rd bearing support.

Third Bearing Support

The TGN GSR 3rd Bearing unit is made from solid billet aluminum. The 3rd bearing when used with proper TGN sprocket (sold separately) will give addition support to the small drive sprocket in order to reduce the chances of shearing the sprocket and uneven wear on the clutch bearing.

The TGN unit installs simply and works with the stock tensioner. Fits all GSR's and TSI units with off road or street tires as well as GP slicks. Does not interfere with any type of pipe brackets. Bearing included. May require slight trimming of the fender.
